Document Monitor

This is a tool to display and confirm the machine status as well as the print job specified from your computer.

You can use the Document Monitor to carry out the following operations:

• Displays (in the [Document Monitor] window) the status of print job specified for the registered printer.
• Displays the error that occurred in the machine while executing the specified print job.
• Pauses, restarts, and deletes the specified print job.

Note

Document Monitor does not support IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6).

Important

• Document Monitor cannot be installed because an EasyOperator version older than EasyOperator 6.3 has been installed on the computer. Please remove this older version and perform the installation again.
• If you install an EasyOperator version older than EasyOperator 6.3 on a computer that has Document Monitor, you will not be able to use this Document Monitor application in the future. To use EasyOperator, please install EasyOperator 6.3 or later. For details, please refer to the Readme for Document Monitor.
