Terms & Conditions Of Software License Agreement
					Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd.("Fuji Xerox")

USING THIS SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF EACH OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
1.(Grant of License)
  On condition that you agree with these terms and conditions of use, FUJI XEROX licenses you("Customer") to use this software, supplied on this package(the program, together with all documentation and manuals furnished therewith on media, hereinafter referred to as "the software"), on the specified model machine with operating system which version be assigned by Fuji Xerox(hereinafter referred to as "specified model", but exclude compatible machine). However, Customer may not grant the rights under this license to any third party, and Customer has non-exclusive rights to the software.
2.(Prohibition of disclose)
  Customer may not disclose the software to any third party in any case.
3.(Prohibition of reuse)
  Customer may not allow any third party to reuse the software.
4.(Duplication)
  Customer may duplicate the software completely or partially only in the same corporation or office. However, by duplicating the software, the behaviors accompanied with delivery and acceptance of money for profit purposes are prohibited. Moreover, after Customer duplicated the software, all copyrights of the duplication belong to Fuji Xerox, and Customer will display the copyright of Fuji Xerox and the original provider.
5.(Modification)
  Customer may not modify the software.
6.(Support)
  On the condition that we judged the possibility of its execution, we agree to provide support of the software, and a fee is to be charged for it.
7.(Disclaimer)
  (1) FUJI XEROX MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT:
    (A) The software will meet your particular purpose.
    (B) The execution of program will be uninterrupted and error-free.
    (C) All the function provided by the software will be always working on the combination with other application software in the specified model.
  (2) IN NO EVENT SHALL FUJI XEROX BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVING, EVEN IF FUJI XEROX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
  (3) EXCEPT THE WARRANTY BASED ON THE LAST SIXTH TERM, FUJI XEROX MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE.
  (4) In case that Customer upgraded the operating system of use assigned by Fuji Xerox, Customer understands beforehand that parts of the software may be impossible to work on the specified model, and Fuji Xerox makes no warranty for that.
8.(Export Restrictions)
  In case that Customer wishes to export the software(including taking out to a foreign country and disclosure of information of the software to the nonresident in Japan), Customer will follow the procedure to obtain the appropriate license for export permission from the Japanese government and re-export permission from the American government and/or the authorities concerned.
9.(Termination of license agreement)
  In case that Customer violated this license agreement and/or violated the copyrights of Fuji Xerox and its software provider, this license will be terminated without notice from Fuji Xerox, and the user will return the software and all copies immediately.
